Sensational Cold Coffee....

I have been meaning to share a coffee based dessert for a while with the VeganKitchenKrafts family and what better than a healthy cold coffee recipe . Cold coffee can be as healthy or as unhealthy as you choose to make it. But this cold coffee recipe is one of the best , simplest and healthiest cold coffee recipe I have ever thought of and trust me on this one, you will love it. We need 3 ingredient and a blender.
1. Roughly chop up at-least 3-4 dates and add to a high speed blender
2. Add about half cup of cold almond milk
3. Add about 0.5 -1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder
4. Optionally add 2-3 ice cubes
That's all we need and then just blend this up for about 1 - 2 min on high speed, till the coffee is very frothy and the cold coffee is ready to be enjoyed
To enjoy this coffee ,you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or instant coffee powder. Even a dusting of cocoa powder is great to give an additional dimension to the coffee and increase the aesthetics of this yummy cold coffee. Enjoy this healthy and awesome drink directly from the blender cup or in your favorite mug and enjoy !!
