The Avocado Toast ...

Sometimes one needs a good plate of soulful food . Something that not just nourishes the body but also soul and is a pleasure to relish. So i decided to make a simple avocado toast for breakfast and decided to garish it plenty with the natural ingredients available in my fridge.
Follow along for this simple recipe.
Guacamole:
1. Mash up 1-2 avocados
2. Add the juice of 1 lemon
3. Add salt , pepper and roasted cumin powder
4. Add finely minced green chilli
Avocado Toast:
1. Toast 2-3 slices of bread in vegan butter . I prefer to toast the slices with no butter
2. Add a dollop of guacamole on the bread
3. To garnish the toast add sliced cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red radish and finely chopped red onions
4. A few sliced olives and thinly sliced basil leaves or arugula leaves to add a dash of that beautiful green color
